Appointment Field: Changing the timezone doesn't change the local time slots as intended

    Our cutomers are complaining that when the time zone is changed, the time slots does not change correspondingly.

    Additionally, the time slots does not automatically change to the time zone of our local customers.

    Could you please assist.

    I was not able to replicate any issues when it comes to changing the time zone. The slots change correspondingly as shown below.

    But this is exactly what I am saying.
    When you change the time to any time zone, it stays the same.
    You have changed it to Australia's time, the time slot still says 19:00.  I changed it to another time zone, it still says 19:00.
    Why is it like this?  It is making customers to click 19:00 in their local time, which does not correspond to our local time here.

    Show me how the slots are changing please.

    The picture from your team shows that when it was changed to Australian time, the slot remained at 19:00.

    I have tried it here again, when I changed it to any time zone, the slot remains either 12:00 or 19:00.

    Customers are complaining that in their countries, the time zones do not change automatically. When they attempt to change it manually, the slots remain the same 12:00 / 19:00.

    Please kindly assist.

    I was able to replicate the issue when I tried accessing your form and change the timezone to ASIA/MANILA TIME. As you can see in thee screencast below, the timeslots did not change after I selected the said timezone. The 19:00 should change to 10am Manila Time.

    I am now sending this to our developers for it to be checked backend. We will let you know here as soon as this gets fixed.

    Any update? I got customers complaining about not been able to schedule appointments. Too long time with no help. Will Jot Form refund me for loss of business?

    For more than a month now, we still can not even get a positive resolution from your team. What type of customer service exist in Jotform? We are losing customersand money because of a glitch on your forms that we have paid for. You should be fixing this problem or compensating us for the issue. very horrible service.
