How can I make sure my questions are not viewed by other subscribers?

Asked by kimberlydaniels11 on September 16, 2013 at 06:35 PM

If I unsubscribe to the thread in this forum, does that mean other subscribers can't see my communications with the support team? If I unsubscribe, will the support team still answer my questions?

I understand there is a keep private option. If I select it, will just my text stay private, but still show the submitted question? Or does private mean there is no thread that I even asked a question?

    Hi,

setting the "Keep this question private." option on, will ensure you that only the support team members will be able to see your question, also it will prevent the question to appearing at any search engine results.

    Thanks

I have a big problem now. Yesterday I asked for a username change and today I can't access my account. I need to forward some of the submissions this morning and am a little puzzled as to why I don't have access to them. My subscription is paid for, I have a valid email and password. I was told that nothing was going to get disrupted during the transition of the account change. Please help!!!!!
