    We will be glad to help you with your concern. However, we may need you to provide us with more information so we can provide you with the best solution to your concern.

    I have checked the only form in your account and I see that it is integrated with Hubspot. Are you looking to map the fields in the Multi-Question field in your form to fields in Hubspot separately through the integration? If that is the case, the only workaround I can think of to meet your requirements is to pass the value of each subfield in the Multi-Question field into separate hidden fields in your form using conditions.

    Reference Guide: How-to-Insert-Text-or-Mathematical-Calculation-into-a-field-using-a-Condition

    And then, once you have set up the new fields and the condition, you can now map the separate form fields in your form to the contact property in your Hubspot account.

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    @jheel.patel

    Sorry for the late update. We'd like to inform you that this bug on HubSpot Integration was already fixed a long time ago. You should be able to map each individual field from Multi-Question with HubSpot fields now. Here's the escalated ticket where this issue was resolved https://www.jotform.com/answers/2689765.

    Thank you!
