Email notification not working

    Hi 

    I am not receiving the email notification on my forms. I have set up the email and I do receive the test email but not the one that says somone has filled out your form.

     

    What am i doing wrong?

    Hello,

    The email that has been used in the forms you have provided is not in the bounce list.

    You should be receiving emails from that email as I can see that in our email logs that it is sending properly.

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.
