The email that has been used in the forms you have provided is not in the bounce list.
You should be receiving emails from that email as I can see that in our email logs that it is sending properly./var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[16/Sep/2013:20:19:08 -0400] 32587842163864 AmazonSES Sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org - MessageID:000001412948efc1-e67b638d-3f4c-4520-87f9-3cc617fde1c3-000000 - RequestId:c48e6613-1f2e-11e3-b855-4df76f109732
Please refer to this guide to prevent emails not being received.Have you checked your spam folder?
