Firstly, I am using a hosted site in Wordpress.org. The main theme I am using is called Parabola from CryOut Creations and the main and most important plugin I am using is called WP Property by Usability Dynamics. After weeks of trial and error, I have finally found everything I want/need for my business website, including JotForm. Therefore I am not willing to sacrifice one big component to make another work....I'll just have to go back to the 'research drawing board' again, but I really don't want to do that if I can help it...
I must also note that I am a novice in coding/Wordpress so please be very specific as to where to edit, add any codes, etc. in resolution response. Please don't assume I am developer/coder, I am trying to attempt this on my own as I cannot afford one.
The Problem: I was able to get JotForm Lightbox popup to work once with I suppose was html coding in my side widget area on an individual page one day but then next day the slider gallery disappeared which was orginated by shortcodes on actual page. I tried this with 2 different slider gallery plugins - same issue of not showing when I have the JotForm activated in the widget area. The gallery, of course, shows again when I delete the JotForm code from the hmtl editor. It's a classic case of having to choose which I do not want to do as I desparately need both features (JotForm light box popup and a slider gallery) to work together. OH I forgot, it also seems to delete my map showing on one of my mail property pages. So it appears that JotForm does not play well with either these gallery/map plugins while in the widget area. I didn't try it in the actual property Page area because I don't even want the form button to be in this area in the first place. Please advise.

Sorry for the delay and thanks for a very detailed explanation.
I checked your page and it seems you've figured out your own solution. That's good to see. :)
Anyway, if you'd still want the lightbox open on the same page, you may try to modify your lightbox embed code in order to stop any possible script conflicts.
In the first line of your lightbox embed code, you will see this.
Just removed the "2" after "feedback" and then re-embed your lightbox embed code. This might fixed the conflict issue.
Hope this helps. Regards!
