I am trying to set up a form to accept payment from credit card through Square or to pay by check. I cannot seem to figure out how to get it to allow users to pay by check without filling in the credit card info.

    Here is my form.

    Thanks

    Luann

    Hi Luann,

In one form, only one payment integration is allowed. If you are using integration with the product list then adding a second payment option is not possible. However, if you create products using form fields or widgets and then pass their calculation value to the payment field then you can offer both, pay by check or credit card.

Please check out this related guide below with step by step instructions. Instead of PayPal, you can use Square integration.

There is one way to use this method with a product list as well. But in this case, you'll have to ask the user first if they want to pay by check or card. If they answer check then you can show them products created using form fields and if they select Card then you can show them the product list.

I've created a clone of your form and added a product using the Multiple choice field. The drawback is that the basic fields will not provide options available in the product list.
