Emails not sending same results as jotform is capturing

    The emails aren't sending the same results that are being captured in jotform. Specifically, our form has numerous matrix fields with checkboxes in each cell. We're getting email results with no checkboxes checked off, but in jotform it's showing that the user checked off some boxes.

    Yes, we're editing the html and have added some lines of script, so I can't rule that out as the cause, but without being able to view the code behind the matrix (, I don't know where else to look.

    Hello jfedcle,

    I can't seem to replicate your issue.  Can you provide a screenshot of this email in issue that we can compare to the submitted data in your submissions page? I would like to try out if the same will happen again.

    So far I have marked all checkboxes and it all returned as marked in my email. 

    We'll wait for your response.
