I have forgotten my password and have entered my email address twice but haven't been sent a reset email. I was also having problems with the spreadsheet that my online form is feeding into - not all of the forms that have been submitted are appearing on my spreadsheet.

I've made another reset password. Please kindly check your email address, inbox and spam folder. Also, please open a separate thread for your issue with Spreadsheet. This way, we can provide you the information on how you can resolve such.

This is somehow an issue with your host blocking emails coming from Jotform. Please check your host and ask to whitelist Jotmails IP Addresses: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
