I updated my form on line, but the changes are not translating to my web site. I have the form embedded, and changed the price on an item. I saved the form, but the price is still incorrect on line.
To be sure I didn't mess something up on the web site side, I pulled the embed code out, published the site, then put the embed code back in and published the site again. I see the price correct on JotForm's site, but it is incorrect on the web (even though the form is embedded via a link, not source code).
IT EVEN DOES IT ON YOUR SITE...first image is how it appears when I click "edit form", the 2nd image is how it appears when I click the "view form" - BOTH FROM JOTFORM'S SITE.

Your website requires authentication. I guess that is just a form caching issue that can be resolve by clearing your Forms Cache. Please refer to this guide: How to Clear your Form Cache.
Let us know if it has the same incorrect output after clearing cache.

Also, please try to re-embed your form using our iframe method: How to Get Form iFrame Codes. This should help as well.

FAIL!! Cleared cache, form still doesn't display price correctly. Already tried iFrame, web site doesn't seem to accept the iFrame code.

Isn't the point of LINKING to JotForm to prevent me from having to edit my web page every single time I change an item on the form? Come on guys, your answers are not making sense. If you have a feature that is unreliable, then don't offer the feature until you get it working reliably. Check my history here - I have found about a dozen fails from your product and I've had to re-build my form 4 times already to "work around" these fails.
Get it together already!

Will you be able to provide me a username and password so I can check your webpage? It asked me for authentication. I'm sorry to offer the iframe version, just trying to help you resolve the issue using this method.
Also, in your screenshot, it seems that the "SAVE" button is NOT grayed out? Please make sure to hit "SAVE" button to saved your changes.
Also, can you tell me that particular pricing set and would you allow me if I'll do it for you? Let us see if this is a browser specific issue.

Oh well. I just found out the issue. Sorry for not digging so deep. That is because you have enabled special pricing option and have all the price as 0.00. Please kindly delete this option OR add a pricing (not 0.00) to be able to see the 5.00
