We have a few online forms on our website. I set the forms, so that they are forwarded to different email addresses of people in our company. The website is hosted on Hostgator. Our company was offline for 2 days and after that JotForm did not automatically send the emails to the respective email addresses anymore.

Thank you for notifying us about your concerns. May we ask if the submissions are being recorded in the Submissions Page of your JotForm.com account? Currently the recipient email addresses are hosted at hygain.com.au. Have you tried using other email addresses such as those hosted by Yahoo Mail or Gmail? We'd like to eliminate the possibility that your mail hosting company (which I presume happens to be your webhosting company also) had issues receiving emails from Jotform.com domain after you went offline for 2 days.

Yes, all submissions are recoreded. So, what i have been doing lately, is just forwarding the submissions to the relevant email addresses.
No, we have our own company email addresses hosted on our server at our office.
I now, deleted the exisitng email addresses and reentered them. However, I am still experiencing promblems.
Thank you for the update. Have you spoken with your IT guy regarding this issue? Your systems administrator might have to adjust something from your mail server configurations in order for things to go back to normal.
