Image not loading after submission.

    Hi there,

    I am currently trialing Jotform to potentially move over from another form platform I am using for work.

    I have uploaded and added fields to my custom design - one being a widget "TAKE PHOTO" this is a really important part of the form process. When you fill in the form the function works correctly but once I try and look at it from the backend the image does not appear on the exported form. I have created a space for it and it all should work.

    The only time it loads in is when I take a picture from my computer but not when it is done on a phone of iPad or any other device.

    It is the same for the "UPLOAD PHOTO WITH PREVIEW" widget that I could use in it's place.

    Thank you for reaching support,

    I cloned and tested the form and I was able to replicate the issue with my mobile device.

    I will be forwarding the issue to our developers for further investigation.

    They will be responding on this support ticket so kindly wait for their response.

    There are still no updates on the ticket, however, it has now been assigned to a team and is now marked as "Important".

    Hi again,

    I have not received an update on this matter. Just hoping someone could advise if this is workable?

    As mentioned, I am trying to decide whether to swap over to Jotform from another form creator.
