Will JotForm support Ideal payment solution?

Ideal is the standard payment solution here in the Netherlands. Will you support this as well?

Please note that we have integrated iDEAL over PayPal payment tool for now. If you have a PayPal Business account, you can integrate PayPal Business (PayPal Commerce Platform) to your form and the end-users from the Netherlands can see iDEAL as a payment option as shown below:

Thx for your quick answer. Unfortunately the customer will not see the Ideal payment option, as they only see Paypal. Users will not select Paypal if the want to pay with Ideal. So most of them not see the Ideal icon at all.

If they select Paypal then the icon is shown but the brand Ideal is not mentioned.

So how it is currently setup it looks users will not going to use it and will not understand the option is available.

Any suggestion here?

You can disable "Debit or Credit Card" in your PayPal payment tool which will only display PayPal option. Please check the screenshot below:

Unfortunately, there is no other option available currently. I am anyway creating a feature request ticket for iDEAL payment integration. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

We integrated Mollie to JotForm. You can use iDEAL as an alternative payment method by enabling it on your Mollie dashboard. Please click "Settings" --> "Website profiles", complete the boarding for iDEAL and enable it with the toggle at the right side.

You can drag and drop Mollie to your form. After connecting to Mollie, you can sell your products, subscriptions, or collect donations.
