Ability to Collect Multiple Signatures for Advocacy Letter

    Hello,

One of our clients is an insurance organization who wants to organize a campaign for agents letting insurance companies know they want access to a particular technology. We are looking for a solution that will enable us to create a letter and then allow agents to add their signature to it electronically. After we have collected the signatures, we want then to be able to send it to the insurance companies.

I saw that Jotform had some petition templates -- which I think could be reworked into a letter. But how does the signature collecting work? Would we be able to export the signatures with the letter?

We are basically looking for something that will allow a hundred or so people to add their electronic signature to the bottom of a letter. Does Jotform have anything that would help with this?

     Thank you for your help!

Hi Candace, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

You can add the e-signature widget to the form to start collecting electronic signatures from your respondents.

You may try creating an approval process workflow if you want multiple people to sign on a single form. Here is a guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/432-a-general-approach-on-building-an-approval-process-workflow

I hope this will help. Let us know if you have further questions.
