I have set up another form just for testing:
and I'm receiving the notifications but not the submissions. Submissions are only visible in the inbox in my jotform account.
Again I checked the spam folder and nothing is there.
Any idea what's wrong?

I am not sure if I have understood your question completely. Are you not receiving your submission emails?
Our email server log confirms that the notification emails are being sent to your email inbox. Please see the log here:

Yes, I received the email notification.
My question was mybe not clear, or confusing because there are 2 terms that are used here:
1. submission emails and
2. notification emails.
Submissions from the Donations form that I have generate emails with the subject line starting with 'New Submission...' while the Test form generates the emails with the subject line starting with 'Notification...'. So I thought that both types of emails are supposed to arrive in my email box. But that's maybe not the case?
