    How do i get the unanswered lines not to show when I receive form on email????

    Hi,

    To automatically Hide Empty Fields on email notification, please follow this simple steps:

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed"

    2. Click on "Preferences" at the toolbar

    3. Under "Advanced Settings" tab enable the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails"

    Hi,

    Did you modify or make some changes in your email notification? If yes, Hidding Empty fields feature won't work. I just want to let you know that hidding empty fields on submissions email only works on default email notification.

    What does that mean? that is what I read but clueless on how to fix it. I believe my web designer made some adjustments because I wasn't able to receive the emails.

    Hi,

    I've clone your form to investigate the issue and found out that the issue is had something to do with your form's email notification. You or your web designer made some changes/update of the form and did not update the notification which causing the issue. In order to fixed the issue, delete your current email notification and create a new email notification.
