Problems - Integration with mailchimp

    I have setup one of our forms to connect with mailchimp. However, I don't see the integration working as the information is not being transferred and added to the mailchimp list. Are we doing something wrong? We followed all the steps, entered the correct API and matched all the fields from the form with the fields from the mailchimp list.

    Can you please help us?

    Is there any way that you have enabled the Mailchimp integration for some other form?

    I do not see the integration on your Request for Info - PFL form.

    Please re-check this from your side, and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you for the reply but never mind. After reading all other posts of unsuccessfully being able to integrate JotForm and MailChimp I decided to use Zapier and everything is working. As a suggestion, though, JotForm shouldn't offer an integration that doesn't work. And just because the JotForm developers cannot reproduce the error, that doesn't mean the error is not there.

    I have followed every suggestion I saw from your developers on other posts and nothing worked. I have been a JotForm user for several years and that's why I decided to keep my account and use Zapier to integrate instead of cancelling JotForm and going with another form builder that offers quick and simple integration with MailChimp.

    Remember, the customer is king and in my opinion you guys are dropping the ball when it comes to this integration.

    First of all, let me apologize for the inconvenience this may have brought you. Just as there are some users that may have difficulty with the integration we also have great part of our user base utilizing the integration as designed.

    Nevertheless we strive for all of our users to be able to take advantage this feature appropiately. That in mind, I will raise a ticket to our development team so that they can review your input, as to highlight a very important topic you've raised on the post above.

    The integration might be not ideal, but as far as I know, there are no any major issues.

    I have cloned your form, then integrated it with a fresh mailing list using fresh API key.

    The integration worked fine on my end.

    We can try to investigate it further per your request.
