I want to make a form where people can order multiple items where each item will total the price per how many are ordered. The overall form will tally all selections and be sent to merchant. This will be a preliminary quote only, not paid for by any payment gateway. The merchant will add other charges to the quote and call the client who submitted the form and tell them how much with other charges. No payments will be processed as that will be done with a credit card swipe.
Ham sandwich - quantity selected 2 ($10 per sandwich) - total = $20
Tuna Salad - quantity selected 2 ($8 per salad) - total = $16
Grand total (actually the subtotal for the merchant) = $36.00
Sent to merchant to add varying special charges and manually process payment.
