    Size of Radio Button

    Asked by Tellmemore on September 19, 2013 at 04:57 PM

    Hello,

    Is it possible to increase the size of the radio button?  If so, how? (A user told me that she was at the library, where they have Firefox on Mac PC's, and the radio button was about the size of a speck of sand!  She said she wasn't even sure if she clicked it--because it was so small, almost invisible.)

    The form: 30266955593161

    The field: #input_8_0,

    size pc hello

    Hello Tellmemore,

    There is injected CSS code on your form that is causing this to occur, kindly remove the following code from your Injected CSS code:

    input_8_0{width: 3px !important;
    }

    This is a screencast of the code you need to remove

    To get to the screen as shown on the screencast you must go to the Preferences icon on the top toolbar of the Form Editor, then go into the Form Styles tab. Finally go to the Inject Custom CSS field at the bottom of that screen.

    Kindly let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.

    Thank you for your reply; but what I mean is the size of the round circle--the actual radio button.  The round circle (the radio button) is, for some reason, very tiny on MAC PC's using Firefox.  Removing the input_8_0{width: 3px !important; } doesn't change the size of the circle.  I some tests by changing the px number, but doing that doesn't change the size of the circle.

    Can the size of the circle be increased?

    Hello Tellmemore,

    Can you please inject either of the following css and let us know if that increases the size:

    #input_8_0{width: 3px !important;}

    or

    #input_8_0{ border: 0px !important;

        width: 100% !important;

        height: 2em !important;}

    The css provided by my colleague should also work but "#" was missing before the field id. If you use the second css code, you may have to increase the width of the radio button question.

    Do let me know if this works fine.

    Thank you!

    Well, I think that I am not being understood. So I am going to upload a screenshot of what I mean; but I have to start a new thread (because there is no "upload" option here.  BTW, I'd like to suggest that you offer such an option in these follow-up type posts.  I know you have the "insert" option, but an image URL is required--which requires more work.  Anyway, I'll start my new thread now.
