Can you send a Thank you email if you are using the payment wizard?

    Hello,

    I was wondering if you can send a thank you email instead of just the confirmation message. We would like to use Jot Form to take payments but we need our customers to get a confirmation.

    Hi Jessica,

    It is possible for you to send a thank you email by creating an Auto Responder for your form. This guide on Creating a Form Autoresponder provides the instructions that you should follow to create your Auto Responder.

    Thank you, this was helpful.
    I am having trouble also setting up a coupon code for the payment form.
    None of them seem to work. Can you help me with this as well?
