    Hello,

Based on my understanding, you wanted to print the form with submission data of each of the submitter? Is this correct?

I will show you 2 options.

Where 1. You can download the entire submissions data of the form as PDF or in spreadsheet under Submissions page.

    To go there,

    1. Go to My Forms

    2. Click to the form you want to get the submissions from.

    3. Click Submission

You can choose from Download as PDF, Excel or CSV in the submissions data page.

By clicking one of the option you will be ble to get the submissions data of that form.

However for the second option, if you want to have one page per submission and wanted to have the same look as your form (with input data on it).

I suggest that add a "Print" button on your form to be able to achieve that.

To be able to put a "Print" Button beside the "Submit" button. Kindly follow the steps below.

    1. Click the submit button while in edit mode.

    2. Click Print Button at the top properties.

Now your clients will be able to see the print button.

But you can use this aswell to print the submission data of your users.

    By going to

    1. "My Forms"

    2. Click the Form

    3. Click Submissions

On the Submission page, you will find the edit button at the top-right.

Click that button and then you find the Print button of the form to be able to print the form with inputs in it.

Now if you click that you will be able to get the form with data on it.

Kindly let us know if you have further clarifications and I'll be hppy to assist you with it.

Thank you for using JotForm. :)
