Why my forms will be disabled when I didn't reach limit of 100 submissions per month?

    I'm informed that my JotForm account has almost reached 10 SSL submissions per month this month. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month. My forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota. 

    Why so if I still have space and am not reached 100 submissions per month? WHat can I do to upgrade my free account - I clicked on Pricing page but the free account is not accessible, the link doesnt work. Pleas help

    Hi Masa,

    100 Submissions is different with 10 SSL Submissions. When you use secure version of your form (https://secure) your submissions will be counted as SSL. When you reached any of these limits, which ever comes first, your forms will be temporary disabled. You can upgrade to any of our paid plan to avoid interruption of the service. You may proceed to our Pricing page and upgrade.

    However, if you don't like to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will happen every first day of the following month. Example, next reset will be on October 01, 2013.
