Sub users: Not able to see the shared forms.

    Hi,

    I made sub user accounts with my subscription but it doesn't seem to work. My sub users account doesn't show any forms and there's no "shared with you" in the sidebar.

    As owner I cannot select any forms to share.

    The sub users were the reason I upgraded to a paid account.

    Please let me know how to get this to work properly.

    Hello Gaston,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your account, I found that forms are already shared with you by "HollandseNieweMedia" user account.

    I am able to see the shared form in your account.

    It could be because of your browser cache issue. I am sure that clearing your browser cache will solve this problem. Here is a guide to help you clear browser cache:   http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Do let us know if clearing browser cache solves your problem. If not do let us know which browser/OS are you using?

    Clearing the cache in Chrome and Safari for Mac OS X doesn't help. I don't see the Shared with you section.

    Hi Gaston,

    Here's how it works.

    Currently I see two emails from "HollandseNieweMedia" main account, this two emails should received an invitation from Jotform to register an account if they don't have one.

    As of checking, "gaston@mac.com" has an account already with the username "gastonmelis" (the one you are using here). There's no forms shared to this account yet. The main account should check what forms to share e.g.


    For the email "Ingrid@dikkie-en-dik.nl", this doesn't have any associated account yet so kindly inform the email owner to check his email and open the invitation to create an account with Jotform in order to view the shared forms.

    When you logged in to your account, check "https://www.jotform.com/myforms" and look for the "Shared with your tab". Make sure there are forms already shared to you in order to view the mentioned tab.
