Is there a way to have the products and payment on different pages using Stripe?

    Hi there,

I am looking to create a payment form where the customer can choose their product on a different page than the payment page. I have tried using PayPal Business as it seems to offer that option, however I am unable to connect to PayPal Business (when I put in my account info and am directed back to JotForm, the account has not connected).

Is there a way to have the products and payment on different pages using Stripe?

I do not want to use PayPal Checkout as it does not have the credit card option embedded directly into the form.

    Thanks

    Lauren

We are sorry that you have experienced issues with connecting PayPal Business account to your JotForm. Could you try checking the PayPal Business connection using a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that works?

Is there a way to have the products and payment on different pages using Stripe?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to separate the products and payments on different pages since the payment field is a composite field and the credit card fields shall be displayed along with the products.

    Thanks!

Hi, so with any payment processor, the products and the payment info will be on the same page?

Also, I tried connecting to PayPal Business in both incognito and in a different browser and the issue persists.

    Thanks

    Hi Kiran,

So for whatever reason the PayPal for Business Integration is now working which is great, but for some reason the debit or credit option to pay is not. On the final page in the payment section if you choose "pay by debit or credit", It allows you to enter your first & last name, but you cannot enter your card details.

Any ideas as to why this might be the case or how to fix it?

    Thanks

Glad to see that you were able to connect to PayPal Business on your form. As we check your JotForm, we have noticed that there is an error message 'hosted fields are not eligible' being displayed in the browser console.

This seems to be an issue with the PayPal account settings. Could you check with PayPal support on this error to see if they can help?

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Since the issue is different form the original question on the thread, we have moved the question with PayPal Business integration to a new thread. We request you to follow-up on the other thread using the link below:
