I've tried to cancel this multiple times today. The first two times, I got a message saying I had succesfully cancelled, but when I went into my account it still showed me as Premium. The third time I tried, I got an error saying to post to this support form.
Please help me cancel my account.

Your paid subscription has ben canceled, and your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires (2013-10-20). Even when we cancel your Premium account subscription, you will not lose any of your forms or your data.
