Email limit

    Hello, 

     

    Every time we try to send an email from the form- we receive a pop up box that says "Oops, you've reached your limit".  According to our account we are no where near our limit.  How do we fix this?

    Hi,

    This is because of the hourly limits that is set when sending emails. For free users you only have 2 sents/hour. It has been implemented due to the abuse of spammers, they have been using the server to send spam messages.

    You limits will increase if you upgrade to paid plans. You might want to consider our $9.95 plan.

    If this is not the issue just let me know so we can sort this out.

    Thank you for your response- is there a limit on number of emails if we upgrade to the $9.95 plan?

    Hi Margaret,

    Yes there is still, but Premium limits is up to 100 reply/forward submissions per hour. Let me know if you have other questions.

    what happens when you exceed the limit?  Do the unsent emails queue up and get sent once the new hour stars?
