    Hi,

The plan that you are referring to is the Premium plan for $90 yearly. This means that you will pay $90 now and will not pay again until next year same time. With the premium plan you have a submission limit of 10,000 per month. You have the option to upgrade your account to any one of the Premium plans below.

    Monthly - $9.95

    Yearly - $90.00

    Bi-Yearly (every 2 years) - $139.00

For more information on our pricing plan please visit our pricing page.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks!

I think you misunderstood my question (and your submission limit is wrong for that plan).

See screen shot... I want to know why it says max charge is $10,000.00.

    Hi,

That is the maximum amount that you can pay if you will not end your subscription with Jotform. That's 100 years of subscription with Jotform (hopefully, we still alive).

    Cheers!
