how do i set up radio buttons to display a yes in the results if checked on

Are you referring to the options in a radio button as shown in the screenshot below?
You can accomplish that by clicking in your radio button field then clicking the Options button in the toolbar

HI Neil I had the buttons set like that, one was for colour, another for grayscale. When selected in the form and then submitted there wasn't any info for the buttons that showed up in the resulting email.
Are you referring to this field in your form?
It doesn't look like a radio button to me. As a matter of fact, it is a textbox.
To insert a checkbox, drag the Check Box tool to your form. You can find it under the Form Tools section
