System says that i have 161 petitions but i don't, my account is suspended!
Our username is tuamo, please we need help.

When I checked your account, it says you have reached your quota overlimit for the month.
Are you saying that you cannot read the 161 petitions because you are suspended or do you mean that you did not receive 161 submissions?
We'll wait for your response.

I deleted all the submisions, and it still says 161.

Deleting submissions would not free up the 100 limit on the account.
The 100 limit will be reset every first day of the month.
Your account will only be activated when you upgrade or wait for the submission counter
to reset on the 1st day of next month.

In addition to what mliz said, if you wish your forms to be reactivated immediately, you can upgrade to the Premium package that Jotform offers for the price of $9.95/month. You have the option to downgrade your account back to free anytime if you think your subscription will not exceed the 100 submission limit on the next month.
