Not receiving email notification

    I created a form in JotForm to send e-mail to: .... vendas@seculoembalagens.com.br

    when I use the contact form on my site .. I no get the email ....

    Hello,

    I have checked your account and the email address associated with it and there is now problem with your email sending messages according to your email logs.

    I sent some emails text ... however the site did not get anything in my mailbox

    "vendas@seculoembalagens.com.br" ....

    Hi Saulo,

    Make sure to have the following settings in your form notifications.

    If this doesn't make any difference, apply this suggestions to your email service provider side. How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues

    Have you tried already checking your email spam/bulk folder? If not, please give a try.

    Anyways, I've made some test entry/submission in your form, can you please confirm if you received a notification or not?

    By this form embedded on my site: www.seculoembalagens.com.br. still does not work.

    From inside the JotForm, messages are forwarded normally.

    Hello Seculo,

    Upon checking your form's email alert, I found that you have selected "Mensagen" in "Reply-to Email" field.

    This could be the issue why you are not receiving your submission emails. I have changed it to "Email" field.

    I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?

    still does not work .... however when I do I forward emails the site JotForm they go to my email .... however usually tests the email notification page ... and no test-mail arrives in my mailbox..

    Hi,

    after checking again our email log server I can see that emails were successfully delivered to email address vendas@seculoembalagens.com.br , could you check if your email service provider is not blocking emails sent from JotForm servers, you can share with them the email server logs provided, also  provide them with this doc about which IP address should put in their whitelist http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
