I have cancelled premium subscription but am still being charged.

    Hello. I was very unhappy to discover today that I am still being charged 9.99 for Premium in spite of having cancelled this subscription a month ago. Please cancel my premium subscription and refund me 9.99. Thanks, Caroline

    In order to stop the automatic charges from Paypal, please follow these steps


    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    I've requested the refund for you and have set your account back to free. Please allow 6-10 business days to get this refund back into your Paypal Account.
