    Asked on September 22, 2013 at 05:09 PM

    I have a Jotform of which is prepopulating.

    When a customer clicks on the contact me button the form is pulled straight from Jotform.

    Here is the web page in question

    http://form.jotformeu.com/form/32153378873360

    I would like to have my logo next to the form like mt other form on this web page

    http://www.theremotedoctor.co.uk/fordcontact.html

    The second web page is pulled from from my site though and not from Jotform

    Please advise if/how this can be done.

    Hi,

    What you want to achieve in your form is possible using Free Text (HTML) field for your text and logo then custom css for the alignment. Please take a look at this clone form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32648999053974

    Custom CSS:

    #text_11.form-html {

    position: absolute;

    margin-left: -495px !important;

    margin-top: -710px !important;

    }

    .form-all {

    margin-left: 645px;

    }

    If you like what I did, feel free to clone the form: http://www.jotform.me/help/28-Cloning-a-Form-from-a-Web-Page

    If you need further assistance, please let us know.

    Thank you!

    Hi

    Having cloned the form then gave me a new reference number.

    This would then mean that i would have to edit a lot of links.

    So i have applied my text & logo as advised above.

    I then added the CSS as shown above.

    My text & logo are shown BELOW my form ?

    Please can you edit the form so it is to the LEFT of my form.

    Hi

    Ive checked and its postioned to the left which is good.

    I have noticed that when this page is now viewed on iphone or ipad the form is not shown correctly.

    You then need to scroll up/down & left/ right

    What needs to be done so the page displays correctly without the need to scroll up/down & left/right.

    Many thanks.

    Ipad is perfect now.

    Iphone needs slight adjustment.

    The remote doctor logo is sat on the form.

    What adjustment do i need to make to the code supplied above so there is a space between the logo and the form.

    Perfect help & advise on this forum each time.
