Few questions before switching from Form Stack

Asked by Vivek on September 23, 2013 at 03:32 AM

We are currently using Form Stack forms. We wish to shift to a new Provider for certain reasons, I had a few questions, please see if you can answer these -

1.) Is Match Form technically equivalent to Form Stack and integration of CSS etc. on our website is possible?

2.) Custom Permission : We have outsourced our Website Developer who also creates and manages our forms, but we do not want him to see the form Submissions/Database, do you offer that level of access management?

    Thanks, Vivek

    Hi Vivek,

Yes, both options you are looking for is possible with Jotform.

    1. You can inject custom CSS codes to change your form style in anyway you want. How to Inject Custom CSS Codes to your Form

You can also download your form source code (How to get your Form Source Code) for advanced editing. Just make sure not to touch the field names to avoid missing data when notification is sent to your email.

    2. We have sub user system. To share your form to your developer, simply enter your developers email when you create a sub user. In order for him not to view the form submissions, share your form with "Edit" only permission.

Let us know should you have further questions.

    Best Regards!
