Can you all please work out a way to integrate notes from form to Salesforce accounts? If you did that my life would be complete. Would love to make a form that has account name and a notes section that sends to Salesforce notes to accounts. Thanks!!

You can go ahead and connect your Salesforce integration. Then map the JotForm fields with the SalesForce fields:

Once the form is submitted it will pass the data to your SalesForce end:

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

Thank you for the help. Although I’m trying to now integrate jot form notes to match with notes on Salesforce. When I open up account, I click on related tab and there’s a note section. That’s what I want to do rather than description. I tried to integrate and thought it worked when I opened up Salesforce because the account showed up as updated but notes weren’t to be found.

    Hi Clifton,

Are you referring to have a new field in your form passed to a field in Salesforce? If the new field is not included in the list of Salesforce fields you can match your form fields with, I would suggest that you create the field as a custom field in Salesforce.

The custom field should appear in the Salesforce integration in your form. Otherwise, please feel free to let us know, and please give us more details about the form you are trying to integrate with Salesforce.

    Thanks.
