When we sign up for the premium account, we will be eligible for 1,000 submissions per month. Is that 1,000 submissions per form... or 1,000 submissions for the entire account regardless the number of forms? Thanks for a great service and superior customer servicePage URL:

First off, we'd like to thank you for the kind words. Now, on to your questions. A premium account has a limit of 1000 regular submissions, 1000 secure submissions, and 1000 payments. This limit applies on the account, not on each form, so it doesn't matter how many forms you have.
When you reach your limits, your forms will be disabled - meaning it would not be possible to submit information to it, until the next month when your submission counter refreshes or until you upgrade to a Professional account.
If your forms get disabled due to overlimit, your account shall stay intact. The forms and the data collected prior to disabling will not be affected in any way.
Hope this post answers your question. Let us know if you need more information about anything related to Jotform. Thank you and have a great day.
