    My form isn't working in Firefox, and in Safari and Chome its doing something odd

    Asked by eclark on May 24, 2011 at 02:58 PM

    In Safari and Chrome, the form is pushing down too far making my menu go out of alignment.

    In IE it works ok(kind of unusual!), if a little too far down.

    I just want the form to sit directly below my icons, I want no padding on the top, left, right, or bottom.

    If I need to add CSS, which class am I adding this to, to remove the perceived extra padding?

    I have also tried to put the form into my site directly but the .js interferes with my other files.

    Here is the link : top-right is the sign in box.

    Hi,

    Try using iFrame codes when embedding your form

    To get your form's iframe embed codes

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame
    4.  Copy the codes provided in the next screen

    Let me know how this goes. We will find a better solution if it does not solve your problem.

    Thanks for your quick reply Neil.

    Yes it's working now with the frame option, is there something I can add to either the frame code or the css to reduce the height of it and/or make it sit closer to the icons? I've tried adjusting height, postition, margin, padding in the {style} of the frame but this isn't making it sit closer, it just cuts it off.

    Hello eclark,

    So far when I looked at the code, the iframe is already touching the menu icons above it.  So what you can do is try adding this code to your CSS injection:

    form {
    margin-top: -15px !important;
    }

    Let me know if this works for you.

    Thanks,

    Liyam
