    A Field is not showing up when receiving email notification.

    Can't get some fields to work.  Like Deductibles and limits of coverage amounts.   Really having problems with this form...

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Upon checking the clone form, I found out that the issue is had something to do with your form's notification. You maybe made some update/changes on your form which causing the issue. In order to fixed the issue, I would recommend you to first delete your current email notification and create a new one.

    I just want to let you know also that if you update your form like adding or removing form field, our form's notification won't update automatically, you need to update it manually.

    Hello,

    I can see that the deductibles field is not there because it is not in the notification template

     

    To fix this, you need to re-create your notification email by adding a new one and removing the current.

    1. Click Email Alerts and Click Add New Email.

     

    2. Add Notification Email then Click Next.

     

    Creating a new one should fix the issue.

     

    However, I have fixed it for you and your form should be showing the missing fields on the email notification now.

    Kindly test an actual submission and check if it will show now.
