Thank You Page and Email not Received

    Hi. I've been using Jotform for a few years, but recently I am having problems. I have a Joomla website with a Jotform for my customers to request an appliance repair service call. Once they click submit, a thank you message would normally appear. I no longer see this, nor am I am able have the Jotform send me an email letting me know that the form was submitted. 

    Please help!

    Hello, I do see that the Sender Name field is not setup on your notification. Kindly populate this field with form data. This is helpful as some email service providers block messages without sender names as the are thought to be SPAM. Also you email address was on the bounce list. So I've gone ahead and removed it from the list.

    In regards to the Thank you message you had setup in the past. I'm not quite sure if you had a custom message, but at this time your form is set to the standard Thank you message. So if you had a custom message you might need to change it back.

    Do try the suggestions above. And kindly go ahead and perform a test submission.
