When people fill out some forms, I get the email and it has their email address as sender. On others, it comes from "jotform". How can I get all of them to the preference that when someone fills out a form, the email comes from them and not from jotform ever? It makes it so much easier to reply to the sender of the form if it is coming from them and not jotform.

Hi, This is happening because the Sender Name for your Notification set to be recieved by you from our default " Noreply@Jotform.com " which is one of the commonly used mail servers. What you can do is change your Reply-to Address to " Email " and this will automatically populate a Reply Email with the Email so that you can see and respond to the person whom filled in a submission to you. Also it may be a good idea to change the Sender Name to the " Name " field so that it displays the user's provided name as well.

Additionally though, if you want to remove that brand and display just their sender name which I think may be more of what you are looking to do then I would strongly recommend that you use Mandril - http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address. You will then be able to further configure it to show only the " Email " address of the person you are responding to each time so that you only see their email address. You can read here http://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-Email-Field-as-the-Notification-Sender-Email-Address-with-Mandrill for further information.
