can i use the "photo upload" widget to choose photos from phone gallery?

Hi! We don't have any widget with the name "photo upload".
Q) Are you referring to the "Take Photo" widget instead (screenshot attached below)?If yes, then please note, that this widget does support choosing images from Phone Gallery or Upload picture (on computers).
On form load, user will be asked to take picture. If user blocks Camera access to the form, then an option to upload photo will be presented to the user (as shown below).

thanks for your answer.
yes that is the widget i meant to...i know that i can disable the permission for the camera and so...but i'm searching for a simple way so my form users will be able to take photos from phone's camera, but also i want them to have the ability to upload photos from gallery (If they want to add or change the photos later for example)

Hello! If your end users are going to use their mobile phones to upload their pictures; then, you can simply use our Upload field instead. This form if opened from a mobile phone will have an option for users to take a photo or choose from their photo gallery.

The form uses simple 'upload' field (as shown in the screenshot below):
