Switch back to using normal submissions + unknown form on my account?

    Hi, my free JotForm is currently showing "Form over Quota" because I've used up my 10 SSL submissions this month, but I still have 63 normal submissions left.

    Could you please tell me what I need to do to switch the form back to using normal submissions so it will work again? I've included below my iframe code, as you can see it's just using the normal (not secure) url, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?

    Also when I logged into JotForm this morning I noticed a new form there which I definately didn't create. I've included a screenshot of it for you. Has my account been hacked?

    Hi BE,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. May we ask for the URL of the website where your form is currently embedded?

    Based on our records, the unknown form was created last May 18, 2011. We recommend that you delete it and change your password settings immediately if you think your JotForm accoutn has been compromised.

    Hi, the website form is hidden at the moment (still waiting on approval to go live) but the URL of the website is https://www.b-e.com.au/

    I've deleted the unknown form and changed my password.

    I just checked my (real) form then and it's still showing the "Form Over Quota" message - could you please tell me what I need to do to switch the form back to using normal submissions so it will work again?

    Hi Harmony,

    Thanks for your response. I would first suggest that you create a new JotForm account and clone the forms you created in the first account. I assume that all of your submissions are test submissions since the form is not yet live, but if you want a copy of your submisisons, you can export it into an Excel file.
