The past two days, each form submission comes into my inbox with the message: "<<< No Message Collected >>>". However, when I visit http://jotform.com, I can see the new submission and all of its field data.

I cloned your form, substituted my email address for yours, ran a test submission and this was the result in my inbox:
As you can see, I was unable to re-create the problem. A search on this forum revealed that a couple other users have experienced this issue.
Try embedding the form via an iFrame and see if it helps :

I tried embedding as iframe and still required field can be ignored with a simple space. This needs to be fixed.

Although I'm no developer, it seems to me that this should be a simple fix involving a built in PHP validation script similar to that suggested by DarkWater here. It would need to be incorporated into the script for required fields and also into conditions like the example shown below:
I think a ticket may have already been submitted on this. I'll have to check.
