    Hello,

    I have tested your Form on your website and it is looking good and I am afraid I am unable to replicate the issue you are having as I have a successful submission.

    I am using Chrome browser. However, this should not be the issue as our forms are optimized to work with different browser.

    Kindly clear your browser cache and cookies and check your form again and test an actual submission.

    If problem persists please let us know so that we could further investigate.

    Also, if you could provide a screenshot if you will still have the problem.

    Thank you. :)

    As I mentioned Form submission is not the issue. The issue is that the errors are not appearing. Try submitting an incomplete values or incorrect values, the form won't display and error message. Also, you can try selecting a field and then moving on to the next field without completing it. Normally it shows errors, but on my page it is not displaying.

    Hi,

    could you try by using the iframe code method in order to embed the form inside your website, this should fix this issue.

    Thanks

    Okay. That is working now. But now there is an issue with the iframe height. The submit button of the form is not visible. Maybe because the height of iframe is being lesser then that of the form. What should I do now?

    Hi,

    Re-embed your form using the modified codes below:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.me/form/32663958425464" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:700px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    Basically, I have adjusted the iframe height from 541px to 700px.

    Thanks

    Okay. But what if I add more fields in this form some other day. I'll need to adjust the height everytime. Can't we do soemthing to make it adjust automatically?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, this would be the process in case you want to add content to your form. The value height:100% would not be rendered properly on most browsers.

    Kindly let us know if you need additional help. Thank you.

    Please try adjusting the form height when embedding the form.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//support.jotform.com/form/32663958425464" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:850px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Let us know if this works.

    Thanks,

    @webformsnimt

    When I inspected the page with Chrome's developer tools, I noticed that even though you have indeed set the iFrame height to 2000px (I checked the page source) it is still being rendered at only 541px:

    However, once the height is increased using the developer tools, the button becomes visible:

    Try removing the the second section of the iFrame code (the script portion) and see if that helps.
