Sub-users: Unable to edit the submissions via the Inbox page

    Hello JotForm team,

    I am no longer able to edit submissions by going to Debit Memo 2.0 form -> Inbox -> Selecting a record -> Edit Submission

    Can this pleas be restored?

    Hi Amer,

    I've checked the specified form and you don't have any submissions in it for now. Once you do you'll be able to see the "Edit Submission" option as shown below.

    You may edit the submissions via the Tables page.

    Since you are added as a sub-user so the sub-user is currently not allowed to edit the entry via the Inbox page.

    Let me make a feature request to our backend team in order to allow the sub-users editing via the Inbox page too.

    We will keep you updated on this.
