Hi! I just received the news that I was approved to receive the free unlimited account during the pandemic!! thank you so much! I am seriously overjoyed!
Unfortunately I read my email after I purchased the silver plan. Can I cancel that plan? or postpone it until after the pandemic?
Please let me know how I should proceed.

We have gone ahead and cancelled the subscription. The amount is refunded. Please expect the refund in 3-4 working days.
