Cambiar código de archivos

Hola,

Hice un formulario que permite subir archivos, pero al mirar la carpeta cuando la integro en google drive, me aparece un código adelante que quiero cambiar, como se hace? . Se puede eliminar también?

Termino de completar mi formulario y al mirar en el drive a cada archivo se le antepone un código como el de la captura que les envío.
