Can I protect a very important report

Hi,

Is it possible to protect a very important report for my form 1646514559970, CA's Reports 4 GSheets.

I see an option for a password and I guessing this is for viewing not editing or deleting.

I use this report to populate a G-Sheet by connecting to the url. The data is then further separated into a number of other sheets that report results to managers and the users.

I don't want this report to be inadvertently deleted, so if I can protect it that would ease my mind a little, little bit, and that is important!

If you are referring to the Password Protection option when creating a report then, yes. Enabling it will require someone to enter a correct password before they can access the report.

As for your concern, are you looking to protect the report you created for the form you mentioned so that it cannot be edited or deleted in any way possible?

If you are the only one who has access to your account, then you do not need to worry about the reports you created in your account being edited or deleted. Also if by any chance your form gets deleted by accident, you can still restore it from the Trash Folder of the My Reports page of your account.

Just keep in mind that reports that stayed in the Trash Folder for more than 30 days are automatically purged.
