I have a client who wants to allow a free download of his mp3 after the user enters their email address. We will have the download on a Wix site.
I am very familiar with how to embed code in to Wix and I am a Jotform user, but it is the action and permission part that I am wondering about. What to use if Jotform can indeed do this.
Can I get this done with a Jotform and Wix?

Use the iframe code when adding your JotForm in sites created with Wix.
Here is how to get the iframe code, open your form on the Form Builder:1. Open "Setup & Embed" tab on toolbar,2. Click on "Embed Form"
3. Click on "iFrame".
4. Copy the iFrame code.
How to Add a form to a Wix Site
1. Launch the Wix Editor

If the form is long it is a good idea to enable scroll bars.3. click the Update button4. The form should now be added in the Wix page.5. Save and click preview to see how the form look in your Wix page.6. FinishYou can post the download link of the mp3 within the free text (HTML) field on your Form. You can post a code or a free text where you can put the download link.Kindly let us know if you need further assistance.Thank you for using JotForm. :)

I thank you but I did not ask how to put a Jotform into Wix. I already know this.
What my client wants me to do is create a form, so that the user must enter their email address in order to be allowed then taken to a page where the mp3 download is there. So "based" upon them entering a valid email and hitting submit, the form knows they did this required action and automatically takes them to the download page.

I am very sorry for the confusion.
The best way to achieve this is to redirect your user to the download page using the Custom URL redirection Thank you page.
Here's how you do that.
1. Click Setup & Embed
2. Click Email Alerts
3. Choose Custom URL
4. Then click Next.
Now put the link here and click Finish.
Now your form will redirect to the download page after submitting the email.
Kindly let us know if you need further assistance.
