    Hello,

    Yes it is possible to change the username of your account. However, you have to request it as we are the only one who can do it for you. It is not possible if you are the one who will change it.

    To be able to change your username, you need to post here using the original username which is springbankpetresort

    Then request the new username to be used.

    In addition to your account changes, since it is a paid account, we have to request that you cancel and re-upgrade your account using the new username. This is because we cannot update username in your billing credentials.

    If you will agree I would like to cancel the original subscription and you will then have to re-upgrade using the new username.

    Is it okay?

    Please still use springbankpetresort since it is still the username and need your confirmation regarding the re-upgrade before prooceeding with the username change.

    Hello, 

    Yes, first you would need to cancel the subscription, then the username change will take effect, lastly you will need to re-upgrade your account.
