Show payment request based on user's answer

At this point too if they choose I dont feel like measuring, i want payment request to come up for a certain amount so they can pay and submit...

You can use the Product List element that you can conditionally hide or show using Conditional Logic.

If your payment request involves complex calculations, I suggest you use Basic form elements instead, and the Form Calculation widget for the computations. You can pass the final calculation to the Payment Field if you need to collect online payments.
