    Form on Android phones

    Asked by effektor on September 25, 2013 at 06:45 AM

    Hi,

    When I link this into a mobile app I'm doing, the form disappears beneath the keyboard on my Android phone. In the field right at the bottom. The form is called KLD2014. Any way to adjust this?

    See attached screenshot.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    You can try to embed the form using an iFrame code and adjust the height of the form, see if it works. You may also send us the website link to test whether what adjustment will work.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//support.jotform.com/form/31910423102336" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:816px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Let me know if this works.

    Thanks,
